Wax

The wax ribbon convinces by its high printing quality at low costs and low energy consumption.
This makes a wax ribbon ideal for applications in all areas where only short-term, durable labelling is required. The typical applications are logistic labels or barcode labels. The wax ribbon is only partially smudge-proof and is particularly suitable for paper labels. It impresses with its printing results even on rough surfaces.

Wachs-Resin

A wax-resin ribbon delivers the perfect mix and offer enhanced quality printing and high compatibility on a variety of substrates. This quality is priced in the middle segment and can be applied with medium energy at high printing speeds. It guarantees a sharp-edged and detailed print on smooth paper surfaces and is particularly suitable for film such as PE or PP labels. There ribbons stand for enhanced quality printing with less downtime. Unlike wax ribbons, wax-resin ribbons significantly stand out in terms of rub and scratch resistance.

Resin

The resin ribbon offers by far the highest quality available on the market.
Using these ribbons, the printing will withstand solvents, oil, abrasion and/or heat in demanding industrial environments. A resin ribbon offers a clean and cutting-edge print image, even when printing complex icons or logos. This ribbon is also characterized by its mechanical scratch and rub resistance and resistance to almost all chemicals. These properties make the resin ribbon ideal for outdoor use and in areas where a longer durability is required. Resin ribbons are suitable for labels made of PP film, PE film and specifically in combination with PET film.
