Semiautomatically label dispenser

The HES 140 is ideally suited for the fast and easy dispensing of labels commonly available on the market on rolls or Leporello carriers. It offers the ideal solution for the rational and economical handling of labels.

The dispenser will save costs at all points where it is not viable to have a large labeling machine or where labels have to be applied at several decentralized locations.

The labels are pealed off automatically from the carrier by a syncronized geared motor over a dispenser edge and removed by hand while the next label is being placed into position. The integral carrying handle facilitates the transport to various locations.

Despite is compact design, the HES 140 will easily handle labels of up to 140 mm width witha maximum roll diameter of 200 mm.

The contactless sensing technique for the labels by an optical barrier makes the change-over to different label formats fully automatic.

The drive shaft serves at the same time as pick-up spool for the label carrier and this provides a tidy working environment.

The quantity of labels dispensed is displayed on a large LCD counter.

Special care has been taken in selecting the individual working components to ensure a long and reliable operation.

Wear and tear is reduced to the absolute minimum thanks to the special shafts, the dispenser plate, the stainless steel pick-up spool and the powder coated panels. The synchronized geared motor and the touchless sensing of the labels by sensors etc. also contribute to the long term reliability.
